  • Business Development Associate

    Description

    TripleMint is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our real estate team. TripleMint is a software-powered real estate brokerage changing the way people buy, sell and rent homes. The BDA is crucial in converting qualified buyer and seller leads into appointments for our outside sales team. This role requires superb phone skills and the ability to quickly engage and develop a rapport with prospects to secure appointments for our real estate team. The BDA is a phone warrior. They know that it can take 10 “nos” to get a “yes” and are not easily shaken. They have a background in outbound sales and know how to utilize scripts and email templates that convert. There is a heavy focus on outreach with clients and motivation to produce results. They work as a team with our Research and Real Estate Agents to create happy clients.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Call and e-mail qualified prospects generated by TripleMint’s proprietary research team
    • Set appointments for Real Estate Specialists by scheduling new meetings with prospects
    • Utilize CRM to track and measure all activity, including proper prospective client follow-up
    • Optimize scripts/templates and implement best practices for outbound sales
    • Learn about the real estate market and convey that knowledge through communication with prospects
    • Work closely with research team and outside sales team to qualify prospective clients before reaching out to them
    • Meet and exceed daily objectives for outreach and appointments set

    Description

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executives' working lives and communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
    • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing core respondence
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
    • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

    Description

    We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
    • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
    • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
    • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
    • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
    • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
    • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
    • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

    About You
